Get Ready fo the Final Project - Worksheet

You are a stage director and you want to create an original play to revisit the western genre and the archetypal character of the "cowboy".

You prepare a moodboard to explain your project convincingly to a producer who will then ask you questions about it. 

A mood board is a collage - images, text, and other objects - that define your idea of a scenario for your play. The point of a mood board is to show the key visual elements you want to convey to your audience. A moodboard is supposed to give explanations and references for the creation of your future play. Your moodboard will be digitized.

It will include images and short quotes, that is to say the best elements which define the following elements of your play:

• Characters (min 3 max 4)
  
• Clothing
  
• Props (min 3 max 4)
  
• Setting
  
• Atmosphere / Tone
  
• Music or sounds
  
• 6 keywords
  

With the help of your mood board, explain and justify your choices of staging, taking into account your wish to revisit the western genre, in about 3 minutes.
